to promote Health and Wellbeing by providing
access for members to Classes & Activities and  
Treatments & Therapies not usually available
from the NHS.

Latest News - Come and celebrate our
First Annual General Meeting and Coffee Morning.
November 29th 10.00 - 12.30, Low Hesket Village Hall.
The AGM will be followed by short performance by the
Euphoric Circus and at 10.45, a FREE circus workshop
(30 places) for the young and young at heart.
FREE face painting for under fives.
